Patrick Jones founded CSM in 2010 in the aftermath of the Great Recession. For more than 15 years, Patrick has worked independently and in affiliation with other consultants and advisors to help clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies and private equities to privately held small and middle-market manufacturers and distributors to individual investors, execute successful transactions and achieve their financial objectives.

Patrick’s perspective extends beyond that of a traditional financial advisor. As a former operator, investor, and entrepreneur, he understands what it means to put personal capital at risk, launch new ventures, and make important investment decisions. This unique background allows CSM to provide clients with practical guidance grounded in an understanding of both the strategic and personal realities behind each transaction.

  • MBA and B.S. in Chemical Engineering

  • More than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing, business development, and general management within the specialty chemicals industry

  • More than 15 years of experience as a chemical industry M&A consultant

  • Experience with numerous transactions from a few $million to more than $200 million
