Patrick A. Jones founded CSM in 2010 after beginning his chemical industry consulting work in the aftermath of the Great Recession. He helps clients achieve their objectives by bringing together the insight, skills, and capabilities he has developed throughout his corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial career.

For more than 15 years, Patrick has worked both independently and in affiliation with other consultants and advisors, including Chemak Consulting Group and CCD Partners. He has supported clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to privately held small and middle-market firms, as well as individual investors and CEOs seeking to complete transactions, pursue new opportunities, and build businesses.

Patrick’s perspective extends beyond that of a traditional advisor. As an owner, operator, investor, and entrepreneur, he understands what it means to put personal capital at risk, raise capital from investors, launch new ventures, and make decisions that directly affect the future of a business. This experience allows him to provide clients with practical guidance grounded in an understanding of both the strategic and personal realities behind each transaction.
